    In an outpatient setting, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a plan of care for patients which includes performing physical examinations and coming up with an assessment and plan.  Electronic medical record will be used to document all evaluations, care and services rendered.  As appropriate, order and interpret diagnostic test results, prescribe medication and therapies.  Make appropriate referrals and provide counseling and patient education for recommended interventional procedures.  Respond to telephone inquiries in a timely manner so the clinical support team can call the patient. Experience in neurology evaluation and management strongly preferred. Certification required.

    Job # 17-0003 - Physician Assistant needed in NE Portland ENT Practice - The Oregon Clinic Ear, Nose and Throat Division is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our busy eastside practice. This position is located in the Portland metropolitan area. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating new ENT patients, performing upper airway endoscopy, management of epistaxis, fine needle aspiration biopsies, punch and shave biopsies, cerumen removal, patient education and counseling, and some surgical assisting with operating room and office-based procedures.
     
    This is a full-time, 5 day a week position, with on-call day duties at the office and at our two hospital affiliations (Providence Portland and Legacy Mt. Hood), as well as some limited weekend responsibilities. We are a practice of 3 physicians who see the breadth of otolaryngological issues. In addition, this individual should be self-motivated, comfortable working independently, detail-oriented, and interested in interacting with patients and providing high quality care.  Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.

    Surgical PA - Pacific Surgical, PC, a specialty group consisting of ten physicians and eight physician assistants, is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our growing trauma/general surgical practice in Portland, Oregon at the Legacy Emanuel Hospital campus. 


    Responsibilities will include evaluation and management of new level 1 trauma and general surgery patients, provision of perioperative and inpatient care in conjunction with the surgeons and the opportunity to assist the surgeons in the operating room.

    The successful applicant must be self-motivated and able to multi task.  Requires a current Oregon license, NCCPA certification, DEA certificate and ACLS certification. Certification in ATLS and PALS preferred but not required.  General surgery and/or trauma/ICU experience preferred. Position will include full time employment with a competitive salary, professional liability insurance and attractive benefits package.  Full time schedule includes approximately 14 twelve hour shifts per month with some night and weekend shifts required.  No after hours call required.     Emergency Department Position Available - Our Emergency Department is looking for an excellent PA starting ideally in April-May 2017. Minimum of 2 years Emergency Department/Urgent Care experience required (or extensive experience in related areas that translate well to ED work).

    Shifts are 10-12 hours. 10-14 shifts/mo for full time. Part time possibly available. No overnights. Mostly fast-track patients, but PA should also be comfortable with Triage 3 ED workups (typical abdominal pain, chest pain, headache, etc). Fast paced and fun work environment. Epic EMR. Working with a stable independent democratic group of 9 Board Certified Emergency Medicine physicians, always available for backup and questions.

    Hourly rate $70-$85/hr, depending on the ED/Urgent Care experience of the provider, with possible productivity bonus. Full time position comes with monthly stipend toward group health insurance, paid disability insurance, workers comp, and 401K.
