Full-Time Physician Assistant - Living Well Physical Medicine is a specialty medicine clinic treating symptoms of neuropathy in the lower extremities. We are not a pain clinic and do not prescribe narcotics. Rather, we offer a very effective program of treatment for those suffering from peripheral neuropathy. You can read more about our treatment at www.lwpdxclinic.com .
We are currently searching for the "perfect fit” to join our close knit team. This person became a PA because they love to interact with and help people. Thus, a warm, caring personality is a must. As we only treat neuropathic pain in the feet and legs, treatments for such will be narrowly procedural in nature and follow a specific protocol. Consequently, the position will be limited in it's scope of medicine. Our providers receive career gratification not from the variety of medical interventions, but rather from the relationships they build with patients and the warmth and gratitude that comes from relieving people's pain. Again, please note this is not a pain clinic and we will not be distributing narcotics or any form of oral pain medications. The procedure is a unique treatment for neuropathic pain that does not involve pain medication.
This is a full time position including a competitive benefits package. This position may begin immediately. If interested and eligible, please email melodief@LWPDXCLINIC.COM with attached Curriculum Vitae and Cover Letter. Your cover letter should describe your current employment situation and why you are searching for a position as a PA. Please include any letters of recommendation.
