    Physician Assistant Ortho (Redmond) - The Center - Orthopedic and Neurosurgical Care - located in Bend, OR, seeks a Physician Assistant to join our Redmond Team. This role includes being a 1st assist in surgery, providing independent clinic services including H&Ps, follow up and post op visits, injections and acute injury evaluation. The PA will be a part of a large Orthopedic PA Call group rotating with 10 PAs supporting the physician on primary call, thus the call burden is low and is reimbursed as additional income.  Prior orthopedic experience preferred.  Prior surgery experience is required.  Our multi-specialty group includes 20 fellowship trained physicians and 20 PAs in a well-established successful practice. NCCPA certification needed.  Current Oregon medical license preferred but not required for applications to be considered. Moving allowance available.     Urology PA – Portland, OR - Practice Description:  The Department of Urology at Oregon Health & Science University, provides comprehensive urology services for adults. We are committed to excellence in caring for urology patients with a personalized, patient-centered approach to care. Customer service and patient satisfaction ratings in the Department of Urology are some of the highest at OHSU. We are dedicated to providing the most efficient and highest quality patient experience.

    Duties & Responsibilities:  (1) Providing operating room assistance for robotic surgical cases, and open surgical cases as necessary. This duty includes prompt and professional communication efforts, face-to-face customer contact skills, crisis management, use of available information technology and continuous application of process improvement methods and skills. Working with department chair, faculty and OHSU representatives to ensure staff and faculty adherence to departmental and OHSU customer service standards. (2) Outpatient responsibilities: Provide patient care in the outpatient setting and assist the attending physician with post-operative care. This includes pre and post op evaluations, and being available to take patient calls regarding questions; triage and assisting clinic support staff.

    Experience & Qualifications Required or Preferred: Experience in a surgical practice preferred, but newly graduated PAs will also be considered. Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize; ability to be a self-starter and organized; ability to work as a team member and also independently; must possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude, an eagerness to learn the background in urologic surgery, particularly robotic surgery; possess excellent communication skills (verbal, written and active listening). Salary Range & Benefits: $85,014 - $125,000

    Trauma/General Surgery PA - Pacific Surgical, PC, a specialty group consisting of nine physicians and nine physician assistants, is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our growing trauma/general surgical practice in Portland, Oregon at the Legacy Emanuel Hospital campus. 

    Responsibilities will include evaluation and management of new level 1 trauma and general surgery patients, provision of perioperative and inpatient care in conjunction with the surgeons and the opportunity to assist the surgeons in the operating room. The successful applicant must be self-motivated and able to multi task.  Requires a current Oregon license, NCCPA certification, DEA certificate and ACLS certification. Certification in ATLS and PALS preferred but not required.  General surgery and/or trauma/ICU experience preferred.

    PA Sought for OHSU Neurological Surgery - The OHSU Neurosurgery Department in Portland, Oregon is seeking a full time Physician Assistant to join our growing group of seven Physician Assistants and four Nurse Practitioners.  The position is four-days per week (10 hour day shifts), no call, no holidays.  Eventual infrequent inpatient weekend coverage will be required.   This is an excellent opportunity to work as a faculty member in a major academic institution and Certified Stroke Center.  The candidate will participate in the multi-disciplinary management of patients in conjunction with the Neurosurgical attending, residents, nursing staff, case management, and rehabilitation team.     Urgent Care Opportunity in Dallas, Oregon - Urgent care opportunity for a Physician Assistant with 1-3 plus years experience in a general or UC practice. Must be competent in suturing, screening X-rays, reading EKGs, etc. Must be able to work independently with physician consult availability by telephone.
