OR PA Political Action Committee

Help the Oregon Physician Assistant Political Action Committee (PAC) support initiatives that will have an impact on the PA profession!

Donations received are not charitable donations or deductions, but are considered tax credits. Oregon’s law provides a $50 credit for an individual and a $100 credit for couples.  There are three ways to donate to the PAC:

  • By credit card via online form: Complete the brief application below (provided through a secure server)
  • By check/money order/credit card via mail: Download and print the Printable Donation Form and mail it to OSPA, PO Box 55214, Portland, OR 97238.
  • Request a donation envelope: Contact OSPA at ospa@oregonpa.org or 503-650-5864 to request a donation envelope
