Conference Sponsor Forms
Dear
Sponsor,
The Oregon Society of Physician Assistants invites your
company’s participation at our annual Continuing Medical
Education Conferences for 2007. Our Spring Medical Update
is April 27-29, 2007 in Portland and our Central Coast
Medical Update will be October 12-14, 2007 in Newport.
Both conferences are advertised nationally and attract
Physician Assistants and other practitioners from the
Northwest. There are opportunities to exhibit, sponsor
speakers, provide educational material (syllabus, brochures),
sponsor specific events (including the afternoon break
or lunch or the wine and cheese welcome social) or provide
an unrestricted educational grant. All sponsors will
receive acknowledgement from the podium and in our brochures.
All honorariums must be made payable to OSPA.
We
have included Passport participation and Silver Level
Sponsor options for this year. Conference attendees
will take their passports to participating exhibitors
to receive a stamp. Completed passports are turned in
for a drawing. Participating vendors must provide a
door prize for this drawing. Silver Level Sponsors receive
additional exposure from the podium, syllabus and through
signage throughout the event. The CME Committee has
already contacted many speakers and is creating the
program. If you have suggestions for speakers, please
contact the OSPA office as soon as possible at 503/650-5864.
If your company would like to participate in our conference,
please let OSPA know by completing the attached form
and returning it to the OSPA office as soon as possible
since space is limited. Forms must be received to reserve
your space.. I look forward to working with your company.
Sincerely, Kristi Beyer Operations Manager
