Attendee Registration for the 2021 Annual CME Meeting

Registration

• Join for 12 months and Attend the Live Virtual Conference – $675.00
  Join OSPA and Attend all 4 days of the conference. You will have the option to cancel the conference portion of your registration fee up until August 15, 2021 without any penalties. We will run a virtual live conference with 22 hours of CME.
• Member Full Conference Attendee Early Registration – $500.00
  Member of OSPA with attendance all 4 days of the conference. Does require current membership to OSPA, allows for cancellation 30 days prior to the event. After August 15, 2021 no cancelations refunds will be offered, however you will be allowed to change 2021 conference attendee. August 15, 2021 price will increase $50.
• OSPA Committee Members – $238.00
  Must be currently serving on an OSPA committee to receive this attendee price.
• Student Virtual Registration
  Must be a current PA student and student member of OSPA. Allows access to the conference virtual conference. Includes the live conference with access to the sessions for 30 days after the conference.
